Boiler servicing
An annual service keeps the boiler safe, efficient and within its warranty. Most take under an hour.
Emergency plumbing
Leaks, bursts and blockages handled day or night. We isolate the problem first, then fix it properly.
Bathroom plumbing
Showers, baths, basins and toilets connected and tested, with water pressure set right on every floor.
Power flushing
Cold patches at the bottom of radiators usually mean sludge. A power flush clears the system so heat reaches every room.
Gas safety certificates
Landlord gas safety records (CP12) for every appliance, with reminders sent before the next one is due.
